ITRF 2000 Reference Frame Information |

IGS mail 3605 contains a description of the International Terrestrial Reference Frame of 2000 (ITRF 2000).
NGS documentation contains the official values for the parameters defining the Helmert transformation from ITRF 2000 to the North American Datum of 1983 (NAD 83). These values were recently adopted jointly by the U.S. National Geodetic Survey and Natural Resources Canada.
