This morning we visited SCMS and the baud rate was indeed set to 300. That site is fixed. But not CAT2 which is located in a remote area on Catalina Island. I decided to shutdown GPSnet because I cannot risk this problem   happening again.  We have seen in the past that when GPSnet is initialized, every so often the baud rate at an OCRTN site will get reset from 56,700 to 300 bps. This stops the flow of data and the only way to reset the baud rate is to visit the site and manually set it.
